Whaaa....TTT is going on here...ok let's chat - Modern edm is all club or festival DANCE genres,which could be similar Or successor of euro dance and techno and all popular dance styles back in 90ties,when some of us were skiny teenagers,but my idea was what is popular now and interesting as vst synth for people making it.I don't know,that's why i'm asking.Have milion ideas for new sounds, but don't want to waste my time with non popular sounds maybe it's commercialism don't know,it's time to prove myself classic way,wanna hear my sounds on some festival or at least in a club.Bonzai

No, modern EDM is festival bangerz, bigroom, electro, complextro, brostep, tarnce, trap and the likes, club music is still deep, tech, minimal, progressive, techno, psytrance, d'n'b and the likes.

For bangerz Serum is the most popular one, for rest of good old stuff same good old stuff, like Sylenth, Massive... personally would use Diva.

Serum is great, but I still like using Sylenth1 for simple sounds like supersaws since it's so low on CPU.
