I only had half an hour to play with the synth this morning but I already made THE best dreamy plucks ever

Can't imagine myself using this on every track of a song though. Too much of everything, but making a signature sound for a song? Yeah why not.

Alright I've been playing with this and it's tons of fun. I use UVI Falcon and Mutools MUX so I didn't walk in with low expectations. The default settings are a tad bit frustrating, but that's true of any modular synth (Falcon is empty to boot and MUX has a sine with a weird envelope in a base polysynth). This is definitely not a crank out the tunes kind of synthesizer. It's a sit down for a multi-hour sound design session kinda synth, especially with the sheer customization options on each parameter and module (hell the sub-menu's have sub-menu's). I didn't know that the equalizer could do harmonic shaping until watching a tutorial. It's insanely versatile, but I think that's also what will drive people away. Falcon hits a sweet spot in being able to "quickly" dial in a sound, but this takes effort (and no small knowledge of sound design and potentially audio engineering in some parts of the software).

I've rated it like so when it comes to modular synths:
Falcon -> Swiss army knife
MUX -> Toolbox
MSoundFactory -> Surgical Laboratory

Still thinking on buying it, that low price tag is haunting me right now

Is MDrummer included as a module in MSF? I don't own MDrummer, can I still use it as a module in MSF?

I tried the installation steps but can't seem to locate the MDrummer factory data folder

Can someone please help?

Sound is very good though.

How is this treating your cpu so far?
