Not that I'm complaining, but what the heck's going on.

It seems like almost everything is on sale right now.
Must be for the Superbooth thing, I guess.

I agree.
I subscribed to different music soft/courses companies newsletters and i was surprised at first how come they giving me "LAST CHANCE TO SAVE" on buying something every month.

And that's like 6 months in a row.

Yeah... so evil that shops and manufacturers offer their stuff for affordable prices now. I always curse them for that.

Seriously. I have spend on something every month since January this year, where every month I said to myself that next month I won't. But I don't know why everything I ever wanted/had on wish-list suddenly went on sale in this last 5 months. The sales have been -dream-come-true kind. But I also attribute it to the fact that before this last one year, I had not purchased anything for quite a few years. So, it is like return of GAS after a long time. Not in a situation to focus on creating music and studio needed some fresh tools and inspiration, all of which has led to the purchases during the sales. I am kinda shocked with the sales this year. Like no one needs to wait until Black Friday anymore!

That's part of it for me too.
I haven't bought software for a while, and there's not really all that much stuff I'm interested in,
but it seems like it all went on sale at once, and now I have to pick and choose.
That's way better than not having anything on sale though.

Well, one thing is for certain, they aren't doing it for charity either. Sales give companies and developers exposure, it brings in new users (who might later purchase more products, upgrades etc.) and it makes people buy a lot of stuff they might not have planned on buying (if This Plugin hadn't been 60% off for a limited time, would you still have bought it?).
That's not evil, of course, but it is business.
