Oooohh! Black manuals! Gonna be hard to keep these clean! Bonus content disk... Whoa, the whole program has been revamped... All new colors and window design... Better menu control, and the instruments... well you'd have to see them to appreciate how cool these are! I mean the whole programs just looks slick!! The new instruments are just beautiful... And the Garage band instruments show up as track instruments too!!! New mixer style, awesome... To the people who said it was a bad deal... No way! The new stuff really sounds great... The program itself warrants an upgrade cost, but wait till you see these instruments... Trust me! Got to try this out some more...

Wait until you stumble across all the tons of little productivity refinements they've made. Sure, the plugins and instruments are amazing, but the workflow is MUCH improved!

OK - still no pdc - my main bugbear but that lovely black box has me looking at logic again
so the other annoying one was the ability to only alter the first 128 parameters of a vst - has this changed ?

So, PDC is all you want, eh? If we give you that you'll be happy then, right?

hmmmm...no, what made you think that?
If that's your conclusion based on my post then you've got some serious difficulties with the English language

PDC has never been an issue with me... Frankly, I haven't been able to cause a delay with a Dual G5, so far... and with distributed processing, I guess that would be a non issue? ...I can buy another G4 Mac for the price of a UAD-1...
