Does VST Connect record video?

Can I use it with a webcam for making youtube videos?

VST Connect SE, which is part of Cubase 10 Pro, allows you to send and receive MIDI and up to two tracks of audio (stereo) with a remote performer running VST Connect Performer (free on Mac and Windows, chargeable app for iPads). The video facility is purely for chat.

If you are intending to make a video demonstrating Cubase or live stream from your computer, you need a very different product.
