If you want to work with both areas, it'd be great to have both open at the same time.
I think it actually was like that in a former version, wasn't it? I don't remember exactly now.

If true it means they even add insult to the injury by not at all processing the requests in the order they receive them.

I have not read through the thread, so I might be barking up the wrong tree, but you can open up as many controls in the inspector as you want by holding control and shift at the same time and clicking on the headers.chk071 wrote: Fri May 17, 2019 5:02 pm If you want to work with both areas, it'd be great to have both open at the same time.I think it actually was like that in a former version, wasn't it? You can then edit them, or collapse them all by clicking on any header.

My "Really?" was about all or none showing. Actually that's kind of okay since I hide almost all of it. I figured there was a way to show all, there's usually a way.chk071 wrote: Fri May 17, 2019 5:02 pm If you want to work with both areas, it'd be great to have both open at the same time.I think it actually was like that in a former version, wasn't it? I checked the date before posting and it is true.jens wrote: Fri May 17, 2019 5:32 pm*ouch*agharta wrote: Fri May 17, 2019 4:04 pm I provided Best Service with details of my eligibility on Saturday and received the serial number today.

I placed the order on Tuesday 7th and it took me 4 days to send them the proof of eligibility so I was in no hurry.

The sampler control takes me back to the days of the Roland W30. I have been playing notes on my old Roland XV-88, doubling clicking on the waveform, and then dragging it into the sampler control and playing it. Not very productive, but good fun.

It's really weird. It's like I had to wait longer because I was quicker.agharta wrote: Fri May 17, 2019 5:48 pmI checked the date before posting and it is true.jens wrote: Fri May 17, 2019 5:32 pm*ouch*agharta wrote: Fri May 17, 2019 4:04 pm I provided Best Service with details of my eligibility on Saturday and received the serial number today.

Best Service has not asked me for any credentials for my crossgrade.
But I have not received my license yet either.
I wrote to them asking what else they needed, and they just told me they were waiting on Steinberg.

In the e-mail I quoted earlier there was one sentence at the end that I omitted when making that quote:
More info can be found on the product's page iIrc.PS: please don´t forget to send your crossgrade claim form (see attachment) and proof of purchase if you did not already send it to m.schmidl@bestservice.de for not slowing down the processing.

It seems different re-sellers have different hoops to jump through to get the cgrade. Mine was painless, because all I needed was my iTunes receipt for LPX, and it was processed immediately.

I paid 170 euro with free next day delivery and instant approval for the boxed version which includes the dongle (24 euro) =146 euro. (I needed a dongle).
