Question about Playtime in REAPER

Hello everybody,
I put the following question into Cockos' forum two days ago but unfortunately couldn't get any answer:

"Hi there,
I suppose it is just my fault as a kind of new user to REAPER and Playtime but I have to face the following problem: When I import a song into TCP from the Media Explorer, I get a playrate of 1. Loading the song directly into Playtime changes the playrate instead. How can I change the behaviour so that it reacts the same as importing into TCP?

You can try checking Preferences/Media/Video/REX/Misc and see if the option at the bottom, "Media with embedded tempo information" is set correctly for your needs.

I think there's another option somewhere that effects playrate depending on where the media is imported from (Reaper Media Explorer or OS explorer), but I can't find it at the moment.
