The built in wavetable creator looks well-done and easy to use.

Yes, that was the coolest part for me.

Looks like a very nice synth indeed! I think, however, that the FX section would be even more useful if the lanes were split frequency wise as they are in multipass. I wonder if that could be fixed in a future version?...

I thought that was supposed to be possible already?

Elektronisch wrote: Thu May 30, 2019 6:01 amAlso i have mixed feelings about that if you want fully utilise the synth you have to have all the effects. Well its sort of fair on one hand but basic effects definatly should be included like phaser, flanger, reverb, distortion along side free snapins. Because right now i see this as an alternative to something like Serum, Dune, Hive, Massive and those as a package offer a better deal. Actually serum comes with fx version wich is very good.
But it is different. In Serum or Hive I don't think you can add effects to particular oscillators or specified frequency band of oscillator(s). It's obviously not as flexible as VCV or Reaktor, but allows for more nuanced routing than the fixed-function synths.
But if you dont own the effects bundle its not that different Antic604 because there isnt much of a choice, especialy when it comes to essential fx :)

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but couldn't you just do that by putting a filter at the top of each lane?

Just put the hi-pass filter on one lane and low-pass on the other.

There's a multimode filter in the generators section that you have no matter what version you get. The cutoff can be FM'd with the output of another generator. There's also a couple of filter snapins that you can buy. These go in the FX section, but since an FX lane can be per-voice I believe you can use them just like you would a filter on any other synth. Personally I wish they had a bit more variety in the filter department. Unless I've missed something it doesn't seem like you can even choose the slope for any of the filter modules.

Just use an effectrack and fill that with which fx you want. The effectrack and it's contained fx are per voice :tu:
You can use all fx in Falcon per voice, just make a different layer for each voice.

for me. Seems like they need to make some cash on phase plant relative to previous upgrade discounts.
I had the 'seemingly' eliminated or re-labeled 'works' bundle previously. So I guess I don't have that anymore.
Yep same here. Have "the works" except for the 2 new ones and Phaseplant.
Guess i'll wait until they do a sale then.

Yes, it looks like they made a mistake and corrected it. A couple of people bought it for $100.
