Sound is good, GUI is easy to read. I really like the easy assignment of modulation sources via drag & drop! I need to take a closer look at Hive 2, because for me there is some overlap with Synthmaster One.

Btw... where is a "Wavetable position" or "Index" knob? I cannot find something in the osc section?

Or just drag the (wavetable) waveform view or the position word/bar in the main panel. No need to go to the dedicated wavetable view in the hexagon when you only want to change the wavetable position.

You have mod matrix to do any sort of drifting you'd want.

It could be worse...Urs wrote: Fri May 31, 2019 4:05 pm The problem is, people see faces in anything more or less symmetrical. If we don't mirror the modules, it'll look like thesmiley.

Definitely watch the tutorial series on YouTube, it's all relevant still. Extra stuff was added (like wavetable and function generators and shape sequencer etc) and the layout changed a little, but it's still Hive!Rickskii wrote: Sat Jun 01, 2019 9:23 am Hi all, just bought this. Quick question if i may.
Do the tutorials for Hive 1 still stand to learn Hive 2 or is it a RTFM type of thing?
Cheers, have a great day....
