It certainly is on Precise and Insane mode. I use it in Eco mode with the highest rendering quality.

All TDR plugins tend to be high on CPU, because of their anti-aliasing implementations.

april, Slick EQ on AudioDeluxe, may, TDR Limiter GE on PB (which I loose!

) and june TDR Nova GE on jrrshop. Maybe Kotelnikov next month?
