That was for chk071, not you. (But if you like, we can all hate you, too.)

That explains why Reaper users are so grumpy.dupont wrote: Sun Jun 02, 2019 9:52 am poll "which DAW do you use" : Reaper is first with 63 votes

So KVR menbers like to use the DAW the hate the most ?![]()
WTF ?
It's like having an abusive parent: you hate them but you need them, so you get pissed at others.
We should feel sorry for Reaper users, and recommend to them a good KVR therapist

I don't hate anyone either
On topic: The final bit in testing my new workflow with Bitwig is testing my Casio PX keys integration. Well, the HW Instrument does the job and with just one track but there is no way to control program/bank change. Not a problem really as I can just use the keyboard

Next year when another poll like this pops up, and Cubase is in the front of the pack, just refer to this thread and replace the word "Reaper" in every post in the thread with "Cubase" and call it done.
Have you tried Vital?

The clips beside the arrangement is the best workflow for me as it functions like a scratch place for new ideas and testing/editing everything before arranging. It's a back and forth workflow without making it clumsy.
Ableton Live comes second for me (I still have the intro version), but I prefer the colours in Bitwig

I was messing around with Garageband for iOS today, and I thought it was perfectly capable of producing recordings commensurate with one's recording/production/musical chops. It even has some Alchemy patches, lol.
