please help if possible,newbie.. sort of..have been using the host to try out few vst,s.. but every time i open it, i have to type in the plugin path, then a rescan then it works fine. but next time i use the host the plugin path gone again, so an other type out the path and rescan... anyone any ideas about this.. have tried plugins folder in different locations.. but always the same..thanks.

Not sure if you are talking about VSTHost or Savihost (i guess you're talking about VSTHost...), but... it may help to move the application folder to another location. Or, execute VSTHost with admin rights (right click the VSTHost.exe, and choose "Run as administrator". I'm pretty sure there is a issue with the user rights.
