Hey guys, I'm looking to find and listen to some cool albums/scores that fit in the cinematic/soundtrack (cyberpunk as well) genre and make heavy use of synths and electronic instruments

I'm thinking something like:
- Deus Ex soundtracks
- Quantum Break soundtrack
- Blade Runner movies
- Tron
- Mass Effect
- Ghost in the Shell soundtrack
- Mirror's Edge games soundtracks

etc.

Can be game, movie soundtracks or just standalone albums, doesn't matter.

Thanks :)

This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Midnight Express
John Capenter movies (there's an anthology that's good)
Power Glove (recent group that makes 80s style soundtracks)
Mega Drive (see Power Glove)

Was actually just listening to this one, not bad. Pretty ambient, looking for maybe a bit more melodic though

Tangerine Dream's score to Thief is pretty excellent, if you're looking for that 80s vibe:

Thanks, I'll check it out. I'm actually not looking for a too 80s vibe, more like the above mentioned soundtracks like Deus Ex, Quantum Break. Kind of ambient, but also with some nice arpeggios, evolving sounds, with that dramatic feel. Can't seem to find many soundtracks like that, barely any actually.

You mantione Blade Runner in your OP, Vangelis did several other movies: Chariots of Fire, Conquest of paradise, Alexander... to name a few.

Also, not from movies but certainly in the style you describe; search youtube for Goldpie and Epicuros.

Stranger Things & Mr Robot would seem to fit that bill.
