Difference between demo and paid version, missing icons?

I have downloaded and installed the demoversion 3.7 and selected the full version when I start up the program. However I have only 2 of the icons (Phrases and Rythms) instead of all 8 I see on all videos and wiki-pages. Is that because of a demo-version or for some other reason?
I am on Mac OSX Mojave

the rest of the icons are hidden but can be displayed by clicking on the small rectangle:

Ahhh thank you... maybe that should be indicated somewhere in the startup... but it might be and I just missed it... ;o)
