Does anyone know where I might be able to find a free VSTi host that loads as a VSTi?

Try SAVI-Host it is a little neat program that makes a standalone version of your plugin. Just rename the savihost.exe file to the name of your plugin,. e.g. myplugin.dll rename savihost file to myplugin.exe. I just tried it out its great

That is cool, but not what I'm looking for.

I need something that can be loaded as a VSTi into FL, so I can use the NUSofting's Fat Machine.

eXT as a VSTi will do it, but you won't be able to save anything within it without registering. You could always just export the midi file & bring it back up in a few seconds..
