Haven't the time to create my own library so I'm hoping its a thing to purchase premade Kontakt libraries, if so, where?

Do you really mean Kontakt libraries? Or Kontakt Scripts with a GUI? If you meant a GUI with a script, the Photosynthesis Engine can be used to create commercial Kontakt instruments as long as you put your own samples in it.
