UK, and I really like it, though some have put it down as crap.
I find the range ot tutorial stuff to be excellent. And the focus versions are also top notch.

Anyway some of the tutorials of this magazine are pretty interesting. I have actually only looked at the special issues (Reason & Synthesis) and learned some stuff I had no clue about. Can't say either way about their regular issues.
