Does anyone know what the Goodhertz license transfer procedure is? Or even better where to find the policy?
I have emailed them asking this questing a couple of times over the last few months but they either won't answer the question or there is a communication issue.

From their own FAQ:
Spam still gets sent to seller though. Would that be an issue?
So I imagine you can do the license transfer based on trust: the seller uninstalls and buyer installs using sellers license, they do nothing.Goodhertz plugins can be authorized on as many computers as you like as long as they are not used simultaneously

We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

Thanks. Not sure why they won't reply to me about it though. Still nothing from 2 emails in a month.

Yes, it is. We found that the majority of license transfer requests were, unfortunately, being done by people trying to rip off buyers by "selling" a plugin that they had acquired for free or with account credit. To try to prevent this we've now started charging a small fee for the transfer. Honestly, I wish we didn't have to, but it's the simplest way we know of to help stop abuse.morelia wrote: Fri Jul 05, 2019 11:11 pm Pretty sure this is new.
