Agree! Midi Learn is crucial to speed up the workflow.Functional wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 9:32 pm ...it's not a beta. It's lacking some features, midi learn probably being the biggest. Automation can be handled with macro knobs though, but you can't easily assign a controller knob into the interface as you have to use the hardwired CC channels, so that sucks.
But aside from midi learn, it doesn't have any significant shortcomings that would make it comparable to a beta.
I'd like an UNDO as well!!

What does "Init on" and "Init off" do in the wavetable oscillators?

It's for people from North London to check if the oscillators are on or off.McLilith wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 9:59 pm What does "Init on" and "Init off" do in the wavetable oscillators?

less of a beta and more of an alphachk071 wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 9:27 pm It's much less of a beta than some other plugins which have been released recently.

Man, that Unison and Chord section is so awesome. The amount of sounds you can achieve with that section alone is just amazing, especially when you start modulating it. Good stuff.

Yeah, it isn't currently possible to setup a midi controller for editing.Functional wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 9:32 pmAutomation can be handled with macro knobs though, but you can't easily assign a controller knob into the interface as you have to use the hardwired CC channels, so that sucks.
Lack of a functional browser is pretty significant.Functional wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 9:32 pmBut aside from midi learn, it doesn't have any significant shortcomings that would make it comparable to a beta.

Browser is functional, though. It browses and loads patches, does it not? Basic requirement is there.
A non-functional browser would either not show any patches, or not load any patches.
That tagging is not there, etc., is stuff that's not making it non-functional
But I think we've been through this many times by now. The team is aware of these things.

the browser is, as evilDragon says... functional. nothing more (but nothing less). i can get to sounds, and i can work. so... good enough for now.EvilDragon wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 10:26 pm Browser is functional, though. Yeah, that's the main reason why nobody is using Sylenth1, Spire, Dune3 or others
