The bundles are always the better deal. Since you have electric guitars, you should look at the Evolution Guitar Bundle upgrade price. You'd be surprise how low it can get and you get all guitars(included acoustics). Just a thought.

That's nice. I'll have to give it a test drive during my upcoming vacation.

I'm wondering, with all of the guitar and bass libraries you currently sell, are there any others you're considering doing that would be worth the time and effort? There are some rather exotic ones I wouldn't mind seeing get the Orange Tree treatment, but they may not give a good ROI.

Thanks for the nicely sounding freebie! I was wondering what licence applies to the two freebies unlocked by the discount tiers? (since it's not included in the download or written somewhere in the user guide)

Is fret buzz a problem with this? I was tempted to buy this, but on the demo, to my ears it sounds like there's a little bit of fret buzz on the low E string (first heard here when he hits the G: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5z6CF0 ... tu.be&t=14 , but can be heard a bit throughout the demo, esp on the clean sounds (at ~2:13 it is really pronounced). Also seems like some microtuning issues with the E string being overpressed as well.

I ask because I've never heard anyone complain about it, so perhaps this was made from an early demo of the product that was since cleaned up?

Is there a list of what each instrument actually samples? Some of them are described (e.g., the Bass Guitars), some are obvious in the name (e.g., Rick, Stratosphere), pictures (e.g., Sitar), famous users (e.g., Hollowbody Blues) but I can't place them all (e.g., Acoustic Slide, Mandolin).

Purchased the Songwriter, my 5th OT product, and 3rd Evolution guitar. Shows how I respect the developer.
However, few things in Evolution guitars bug me. No picking patterns. Some latency issues in the strumming. In spite of different chord modes, a very simple typical G chord G, H, D, G, D, G in open string position seems to require a custom made chord.
Some UI issues, such as you can't use the whole space in the Kontakt, about 1/3 useless space in the lower section...
All in all, worst is, no development in these ares seems to happen in all these years.
Greg, you have a great product, but it could be better.

As long as we are still in the group buy signup window your group buy order can be emptied then a new one made and purchased as many times as you want. Once the signup period is over you need at least one product in your group buy cart to keep it valid, but change it as much as you want for a final purchase.

I just bought enough to top off my slices, then stuck stuff in the cart for when my budget allows after the window closes.
