Simple design flourishes that would help any DAW

Pick yours.

Mine:
1. If you double-click on something to open something else, double-clicking on the same item should close that something else. Otherwise known as the on/off switch.

2. Scroll bar. Scrolls when you grab it in the middle, zooms when you grab the end.

3. Many programs used to track your usage and post a list of the most frequently used commands and functions. Do that.

4. For goodness sakes, scale the interface.

Note that obviously, some DAWs do these things now.
