As the title says, what are some ways to do this? I have a one shot voice chant sample from a pack I bought and need find out what pitch its in and how to change it to the desired pitch.

Play along to the same with a piano sound, and figure out the key from the notes you're playing on your keyboard.
Could be a different sound, but I think most people find piano one of the easiest sounds to work with when figuring out pitch.

Once your sample is in the channel rack, open it and right-click on the waveform (below the controls like ”trim” and ”smp start”). Then click on ”pitch correction”. A plugin called Newtone will open up and you can click on the notes that it detects.
