Native Access Recognizing Kontakt Full Version 5.7.3 as Kontakt Player?

I'm trying to upgrade to Kontakt 5.8.1 Full Version, but Native Access recognizes my Kontakt 5.7.3 Full Version as "Kontakt Player". This is keeping me from upgrading to 5.8.1, or even 6 for that matter. Anyone else have this problem? I've spoke to Native Support and they were not very helpful.

That's a known issue with an older version of Native Access; it shouldn't be happening with the latest.

I'd try uninstalling Native Access, install the version on the NI website and let it update.

Thanks for the input. I'll try reinstalling when I get in front of it.
Native Support is now saying the serial I provided is for "Kontakt Player". But my license clearly says "Full"
