Well i am not sure if it´s a fake or not.
I found the link at www.buzzmachines.com
If it is a fake then it is a damn good one
Maybe gol or someone else from the fruity team could confirm if it is real or not (that would be nice)

BTW, a friend of mine has hooked up all his hardware (modular, cs1 and more) to a tracker and is doing his music that way.
Maybe not the usual way, but it works great for him.

HI
I really liked using trackers on my Amiga - I can't remember the name of the one I used but it did have a way of working and a set of tricks that could not easilly be replicated in a most current host's - without quite a lot of messing around.
The typical set-up would be that you used samples (8bit) that were NOT mapped, in other words a sample could be played at any pitch (a lot of people actually now hanker after such a simple sample playback scheme) there were no softsynths - I mean how could an Amiga running at 12 mhz power anything like that!
What I really liked was the way you could pitch things all over the place and also get that stutter effect going on samples, it was a bit like the 'Matrix' - you either got it or you didn't
.

At the bottom of the page.
I also got a question: Will FL Studio 4 be upgradable to FL Studio 5 XXL?

Is the wrapper improved? I saw a beta link for it, but figured I would get it in the new version, so why bother with the beta....
