I'm proud to present BlueWave!
A synth sample pack based on the Ppg Wave 2.2.

The Ppg Wave 2.2 is an iconic and very special sounding synth. The 8 bit wavetables through SSM2044 analog filters give it a unique digital yet warm sound. This is a love letter to one of my favourite synths.

All the sounds have been recorded through lots of tasty hardware, including the Fat Bustard valve mixer, Electrodyne & Neve pres, Eventide H3500, Bricasti M7 and more.

Expect fizzy, warm synth sounds with lots of character. The pack includes fully formed synth patches as well as raw wave oscillators. This gives you tons of versatility!

The packs come with patches for Kontakt, Logic EXS24, Ableton Live Simpler, TAL-Sampler and the Prophet X will follow soon.

The Kontakt version has a nice GUI to make tweaking easy and rewarding.

This is a really nice library. Very cool having a properly multi-sampled PPG (something I don't think has been done to this extent prior to this library) recorded with some extra outboard sweetening. Great raw material for sound design, as the Kontakt presets demonstrate, taking that core PPG sound that puts us in mind of classic '80s albums and doing different things with it, like the highpass and vowel filtering.

UVI has a version of PPG wave? I know Syntromik does but didn’t know UVI did a take on it.

Blue wave looks excellent though OP will definitely be checking it out!
