Hi,
Anyone got experience with Monstrum Media repsonse speed?
Order from them their Monstrumwave after testing it but the links send both pc and mac are linking to tiny wrong files.
I mailed them and just wanted to know expected delay time in response. I work actively on a project so having access soon would be quite vital.

Usually it takes couple of days to repsonse, occasionally couple of weeks
