I got it some months ago for less money than its worth. This synth belongs to the few that are truly different than the mainstream subtractive pack. You can do magic with it. Giving it away for free does not reflect its value at all...

Purchased Air Music The Riser and got Iris 2 for less than £7. Blown away by both.
What a great bargain. :-)

Bought Synthmaster One and Iris 2 for £3.50.

I already have IRIS 2. And now...?
Get a second to play it in stereo?

I just got it free from Plugin Boutique free with Retro KZ, I think it'll be better than Retro KZ its self... I buy soooo much stuff from Plugin Boutique just because it's cheap, and then never use it... so they're doing something right. :hihi:

We don‘t get it. To be honest I don‘t mind having payed for it, there is other stuff I payed for and don‘t use I regret much more...

I don‘t mind as well.
I always had fun playing around with IRIS.

All the guys which are now having a real bargain will be paying to iZotope when they receive their upgrade offer for the new CREATIVE SUITE containing the NEW TRASH and some other interesting stuff. That‘s the way this business ticks currently...

Just speculation.
But I bet that this will be the next newly designed thing.
What else?

Izotope’s “creative” plugins are abandonware. If it is free or really cheap and you forget some good use or fun then who cares? I have other things to occupy my time, though.

There is no issue with abandonware, unless: a) It is a really buggy mess, or: b) It is no longer being maintained for current OS compatibility.

Pretty sure neither is the case, here.

This. With software people confuse mature with abandoned.
