Reaper envelops

Hiy all:)

Just recordet some cuttof movements from Electra2 while playing the track in Reaper.
I armed the envelop,set it to write and it wrote the movents.
Now I changed it to Read and expect it to read what I have done bevore.
But it does not.
I tryed it armed, unarmed in several modes that the envelop offers, like Latsch, Trim aso.
But it just does not read the envelop.

Did I miss something?
