Cubase Moving Notes In Piano Roll To The Left And Right Of Where I Put Them? WTF?

All of a sudden, when I draw a note in the piano roll, it's fine. Should I attempt to drag that note directly up or down in the piano roll, Cubase throws the note way off and over to the left or right! It won't let me do otherwise.

WTF is this and how do I fix it? Is this a bug?

You must have some fairly coarse quantization setting magnetizing that by having Snap on.
