Plugin Ghosts

Not sure how to describe this, but for a while now I've been getting ghosts of plugins I used before pop-up when I open a new plugin window in Ableton.

I even had a plugin window from a Reaper project open when adding a new plugin window in Ableton.

The ghost plugin that pops up is not really opened but the window shows up and then disappears.

Anyone experienced anything like this? It has to be coming from some cache or undo history of some sort I would think.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
