Halio Sonic 3 or Komplete Select or something else?

Hello everyone,
I'm considering buying either Halion Sonic 3 or Komplete 12 (SELECT) with intentions to upgrade to Absolute 4 or the full Komplete package as soon as a sale comes up. My question is, for those who've used both Halion and Komplete, which would you recommend?

* By the way, I create mostly hip-hop, r&b and pop inspired beats etc..
*Factory presets are important to me

If you have any other recommendations within that price range please help, thank you
