From your account of their correspondence with them, it sounds like they said they were reviewing the program, you jumped the gun and assumed that meant it was going away, then a week later, changed your mind and signed back up.
So are you still enrolled in the Loyalty program? I have no idea. But it sounds like you definitely would have been had you not canceled. Again, I'd suggest you email them and check on your status.
Regarding the other posters answer, it sounds like the questions were asked at very different times. When you asked, sounds like a while back, they were reviewing the loyalty program. Sounds like no determination had been made at that time. When the other poster asked, it was after they had depreciated the loyalty program.

I asked for my loyalty Credit score a few hoours ago and just got a reply that it was at 32Months so 4More months to go
What made me sceptical was that my membership was set to Standard when it used to say Premium but that must be the description of Monthly payments and not my status as a member.
Love the Plugouts and i am looking forward to get 2 more soon as the first 2 Gave me a Mini Integra 7 when combined with my JD-Xi

Nice! I think I get my third and fourth instruments at the end of this year. Will be going for the drum machines. Already got the System-8 and Juno-106.
I also own the 101 VST from the Roland Content Store so I'm still hoping they'll do something for us.

From the Roland Content Store i have the SH-101,SH-2 and the System 1.
My first 2 Cloud plugins are the System 8 since it can do so much more compared to the System 1 and the second is the SRX Dance Expansion with the JV-1080 presets added to it.
The Next on my list are the JX3P and the Jupiter 8.
After that i might go for the 303 and the D50 unless they add some more cool instruments to the list

What sucks is i got an old emailaccount with the cloud connected. They said i cannot change but need to re-subscribe but then i dont have my old loyalty plugins and no new loyalty programm... f**ked up and f**k it big times

Well they confirmed I'd still get two permanent licenses per year by renewing the subscription. I definitely would not sign up now if I wasn't already subscribed. And having second thoughts about staying with it anyways because they just seem shady, and things like this just make them seem like outright jerks:

I found out that my math was wrong and asked why i haven't got 2 more for life.
When my credit score is at 32 (Which i believe is 32Months and 24 is 2.Years).

I had that, it's ridiculous that a company running a cloud subscription service in 2019 can't track a change of email address. They ended up setting me up with a 'trial' subscription that expires when my original one year contract was due to expire.
