Sinnah not working with Cubase 10

Hello all,
I just recently updated my Cubase from LE5 to Elements 10 (big step, I know) and so in order to use any of the synths I previously had installed, they needed to be reinstalled using the 64-bit version. All went fine except for two: Crystal and Sinnah. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it completely and Cubase is still telling me that the plugin is missing. I'm kinda lost now as to what to do, could really use some help.
