This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Really sad news.... i hope the laid off people find something new and well. This is the main concern. Always the normal workers are the ones suffering....

@products.
NI feels a long time not coherent and sadly their older products might be stable etc but lack in user friendliness and many vsts from the last couple of years are way ahead in their designs. But still massive, absynth etc are monsters of their own and still work. Only the guis are dated and some functilnalities.

I would have loved to have already Absynth 6. Fm9 etc. With improved workflow and additional features....

Otherwise NI is still so massive i wonder whats up there.....

That's the information I'm getting from people who are an order of magnitude smarter than I am and who I trust a great deal.

Let's hope they are wrong but I'm taking what steps I can to ride out whatever is coming. :?

You don't need to be a genius to predict that it will happen one day. It's the nature of the market to raise and fall. For the 3 years in a row I hear that market/economic armageddon will happen really soon (just nobody knows when this "soon" is). This prediction is probably repeated from the day 1 after first raise from last collapse.
Good thing by living in UK is that we know that it will happen at the brexit day :D

Wrong.
I hate to be wrong. :o

Really thought those were rumours spread by employees who got sacked because they turned up late every day. Well, it's a tough business, i guess, even for the "big" players.
