This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Yep, this is the classic "Let's hiring a marketing firm to help us grow!" Then the marketing firm, who doesn't have a f**king clue about the product or users, proceeds to spend all the companies cash to drive them right off the cliff. Expect to see a big shift towards bland, generic, unfinished crap from NI... basically, tools which the marketing morons can understand with their 10 functioning neurons.

$59 Million Investment = a lot of new people suddenly demanding input and results...products being launched half balked to meet unrealistic revenue 'targets' agreed to placate investors....companies run by spreadsheets not talent, passion and imagination.
X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

Geez. I decide to switch from Maschine to Bitwig, and the company goes to hell. Sorry I ruined everything
(I used to be a True Believer in NI, but I do feel like they kind of lost their mojo in the last few years or so. In a vague, general wishy-washy sort of sense.)

I have purchased 6 NI products over the years, happy with
each of them, and extremely happy with Reaktor user library,
but if NI would offer an alternative U-he style registration scheme,
for those not needing/wanting Native Access, I would easily have
purchased 16, if not Komplete. I doubt I'm alone with that. So many
great competing products that are not an NA pita to aquire and keep
up to date, that a major change in NI is inevitable sooner
or later. Even turds float for awhile before dissolving
back in the food chain...even Bandlab's free cakewalk-sonar
gets major updates
too much information?

I wonder if all this changes will affect software staff as well. Will MX get another blow?

Serious issue. Considering to hold for a while until investing into NKS integration...

NKS is still going strong.
