Is "Selling Beats" only relevant for Hip Hop tracks or is there a market to sell/license Pop and EDM tracks as well?

Hey everyone,

if you want to sell Hip Hop beats there are marketplaces that come to mind (likeBeatstars or Airbit I guess).

The concept of selling beats was a foreign concept for me because I always did pop and EDM.

I have a bunch of EDM and pop tracks and instrumentals on my hard drive that I feel very strongly about. I don't want to be on stage but working in the background would be awesome.

As a Hip Hop producer I would go the "Beat Selling" route.

My question is: Is there a demand for Pop and EDM beats/tracks as well or is this not applicable for this genre?
Is there a marketplace for selling/licensing Pop or EDM tracks/instrumentals that you can recommend and successfully used yourself?

The two platforms mentioned above are specific for Hip Hop and Rappers if I'm right. There are Pop and EDM Categories as well but tracks/beats from that genre never show up on there "charts" page. I guess, people who are looking for EDM tracks won't go there?

Any recommendations?
