What are your favourite synthedit/synthmaker synths & effects? Can be free or commercial including old forgotten gems

I loved Benedict Roff-Marsh's Synth Studio (SynthEdit) - he's active on KVR these days.
Bootsie's Variety of Sound SynthMaker stuff is probably the pinnacle of the art.
Elegoxa and Tweakbench had some wacky SE stuff, I liked Benoit Serrano too.
