Hey all im entering this year with a prog track I made with tyrellN6!! Hope i place somewhere worked really hard and so far have not used a single effect! synth only! i learned so much about using release for "reverb" and lfo on a decaying sound for "repeating delays". Compression is easily emulated with volume riding!! is that even allowed?! Its almost too easy! Claps are also easy and real reminiscent of organic 909's claps if program the midi to stutter the transient! Good luck to everyone!
What is imagination for if not to create the universe?

Yep; virtually all forms of volume automation are allowed. Cheers!kosmikfead wrote: Thu Sep 26, 2019 3:08 pmCompression is easily emulated with volume riding!! is that even allowed?! Its almost too easy!

My submission for this month --
I used Bazille, and my goal was to do a deep dive into some of it's features I've not used before, like the sequencer and it's potential for unusual modulations. The sound design experimentation led to a slightly schizophrenic composition, but I really, really enjoyed using the synth. Bazille has fantastic potential - easy to make crazy noises but also possible to make wonderful, harmonically rich tones. The sound design pushed me into kind of a weird place, but please enjoy!
30 instances of Bazille in Logic Pro X. Logic reverb, eq and compressors. Nova (free version) and Limiter No6.

This is NOT my submission, but just a little extra fun I've had with TyrellN6. It's just so fun...

However, my submission track earlier in the posts did get a little update, too.

Thanks, ot, yeah, and I'm still only half there at best. But it makes me deeply happy!
I just can't go too long without you all!

Ahoy!
Haven't participated for some time.
This is my submission so far. This time this is something more calm than my previous submissions. Looking forward for some feedback.

Maybe I'll update it till the deadline, but just in case there are the details of the track:
DAW: Ableton Live
20 X Podolski by u-he
Only host FX: limiter, EQ eight, glue compression (with sidechain), simple delay, reverb, utility, autopan, dynamic II (MIDI) and a slight amount of saturator on one of the percussion tracks

I was about to pass this month OSC but I recently purchased Diva so decided it would be good excuse to spend some time on this synth. This time I decided to move on from my usual dark electro sounds to some much more chilled one. Anyway this is my submission to this month's OSC:

Effects:
Fruity parametric EQ 2
