I´m looking for diverse voice tape recordings and radio communication audio files which I can use for my music and sound design.

Something like this would be cool.

If you know any sites offering something similar for free or for commercial licensing, please post them here.
Thanks in advance!

Yip, I was going to mention that too, I've gotten a fair bit of sound bites from there.

Buy this:

It's excellent and answers your NASA recordings query (and other ideas) many times over.
It's not free but it is exceptionally cheap for what it offers.

If I understand this correctly the OP is looking for samples he can use in commercial recordings,IMO this Radio app would be potentially expose the OP to a myriad of issues.
This is what the fine print on the product webpage states:

Important Notes:
“Radio is designed for listening to the radio while you work or for inspirational purposes.
The copyright of all sources remains with the creator, publisher or other rights holder.
If you want to use any sound material recorded from Radio you will need permission from the rights holder.
You should ensure that you comply with any legal restrictions for recording streamed audio that may exist in your country.”

I think what other people suggested ,public domain etc.......is a better bet.

Wow, thank you guys!
archive.org is a great source to start searching. And then I will have to find out if I can use some of the media files for commercial use.
