I demoed this, I also have a license for Manipulator.
Truthfully to my ears this sounds better (cleaner, less artifacts) but Manipulator seems to be able to do a lot more.
Alas I realise even though I bought my Manipulator license well over a year or more ago I haven't really used it in a project, so couldn't justify buying this.
Who knows, they may have a black friday sale that I say wth.

@jcredland: any hope in a next update to have resizable GUI or a few size options?

Not something we'd considered TBH, though the UI is all vector graphics so it ought to be possible. What issue are you having with it?Neon Breath wrote: Sat Sep 28, 2019 3:14 am @jcredland: any hope in a next update to have resizable GUI or a few size options?

Nice tutorial.
+1 for the resize...
I am guessing you are under 40?
Whilst indeed I have much tinier Gui's I have to work with, I find myself as I have grown older resizing Gui's larger. They just feel more comfortable to my over 50 eyes.

I would not call it a big issue, but on a Retina -27-inch 5k it's not wide. It's also a matter of ergonomics while working, to be able to scale down the GUI too, not just up. Up is of course always easy for the eyes (especially when getting older, true that!domsmart wrote: Sat Sep 28, 2019 1:26 pmNot something we'd considered TBH, though the UI is all vector graphics so it ought to be possible. Thanks for all the feedback. UI sizing is something which we'll bear in mind for the future.

ok so i am in the studio and i must say this pitch shifter sounds nice, but with some exceptions, on drums, kicks, basses ect sound becomes gritty/jittery, unstable and the plugin is already affecting the sound without doing any changes.

This is what Manipulator and Pitch Monster "MIDI to Voice" sounds like with their default settings with my silly voice recording and a MIDI file, and the MIDI file is Vanessa Carlton - A Thousand Miles, if anyone is wondering lol.

You have a pretty good boy-band voice!
Thanks for doing that. Nice to hear the difference between the two.
