The issue with Music Production Suite is that these are all same modules - EQ, multiband dynamics, multiband distortion. Same features and same GUI can be seen in Ozone Advanced (separate plugins), Neutron, Nectar, heck - even Trash. On the other hand they have little distinct features that would make or break it. Why would anyone bother with buying same product multiple times?

I already replaced Trash with Ozone for 95% of things I used to do with it. The only thing I could get from Neutron is inter-plugin communication with frequency masking etc, and the only thing I could get in Nectar is pitch-following EQ. This could be easily rolled into one package, but why if you can attempt to sell one product four times

That's always the risk with bundles. You might end up not just getting updates for the products you use, but you might also pay for added products you don't even want/need. Of course once you've invested in the bundle at some point, you'll be tempted to keep updating the entire bundle since that's "cheaper" than just updating the products you use. Sales, bundles etc. exist to increase profits for the companies that release them, they're not a gesture of goodwill towards their customers

In my account, MPS 3.0 "loyalty offer" upgrade is $299 USD until October 31 of this year. It's normally... $599 USD...

Funny how I'm getting a different price for the upgrade from 2.1 to 3. They want 399 USD from me. But you can never win with Izotope. After you upgrade MPS 3.2 will be around the corner with a paid update to Neutron 4.

That's a good price, especially if you don't have have the two Exponential Audio effects.

Doesn't JRR usually have a coupon for an extra discount (like "groupbuy" or something?). Anyone know of there is one, and what it is (or any other coupon I could use)?

Coupon Groupbuy is automatically applied.

I wish JRR had a discount for the upgrade to Ozone 8 Advanced alone. I’m reluctant to drop $149 USD on the “loyalty” upgrade in my iZotope account.

Thanks! Ironically I discovered this while playing with the cart at JRR this morning. I ended up getting it - it’s $23-$24 USD less than I paid for my 8 Advanced upgrade, so I feel that’s fair.

iZotope‘s site with their loyalty coupons is IMO a complete mess.
Redundant, misleading.
I prefer to buy their stuff at resellers (especially JRR)
