I don't think there has to be any major additions in terms of features, but the whole thing needs a complete cleanup and a new reworked user interface.

Their sampled products are the best but their UI is the worst, I'm sure they're planning for something for the future but I wish I could know when. Since they had released some modelled plugins I think they are planing to model their drums too because that's where technology head for.

BFD was acquired by inMusic from roli/fxpansion a while back. The people working on it followed along, but then silence ensued.
