with all your age and wisdom
can you not figure out yet that this was a really really bad idea?
and that participating in a group BUY of a vsti
is not the same as redistributing other peoples work?
or are you under the horribly misguided impression that everyone pitches in a few pence and shares the same copy?
just trying figure you out here

pfft ok I'll bite
a group buy is when a large number of people rush into a store and all tug on the same last pair of knickers
they can't decide who should get them so they all go to the cash register together and sign an agreement to share them
actually it's when a large group of people agree to purchase a synth and thereby get a discount relative to the number of people participating
the more people
the better the discount

consider yourself corrected. Is it safe to assume that english isn't your first language? I mean, nobody raised speaking english since 1963 is that unclear. Even a more 'out there' xoxos post communicates more than what you've said so far.lmk43 wrote:Ok,i call you Chase, when where you born?I was under the impression that someone who is older than another person knows more of this world than the other person.Correct me if i`m wrong.I was born in 1963 and started making music in 1976.

This threads title (started by you) is "Drumpatterns and copyright post read this post please". That would sure seem to be opening the same subject again....the previous drumpatterns topic or the copyright topic. So please stop. That topic was closed and i am not bothered opening the same subject again
and again.
So why is it that you can tell us to keep it to ourselves, when you're so obviously unable too?Come on lighten up.Dont voice your anger so much.
Griels didn't close any topic that I saw. Only a mod (such as pHz) could do that.and that was closed ages ago by Grier and i hereby ask Grier to close this topic before i am sick of this.
I'd be willing to bet that you lmk43/leo are more than aware of what an ass you're being. I can appreciate you might find it funny, and that you think you've really gotten us fired up over nothing (or whatever situation it is that makes you feel in control) but you're not really doing a good job of it. I mean, look for posts by a certain rhythemgirl. That's a prime example of a good target
so far you've only managed to attract the ire of us kids

I'll tell you that i am less than half your age, but i'll also tell you that i know more about this world than most "grown-ups". Age is not consistant with wisdom at all.lmk43 wrote:Ok,i call you Chase, when where you born?I was under the impression that someone who is older than another person knows more of this world than the other person.Correct me if i`m wrong.I was born in 1963 and started making music in 1976.

This is the forth time in a row you have gaffed here at KVR - all simular subjects, and if you are so old and wise, you would of learned how not to do so. About 6 months ago, i had started a topic (i cant find the link) about getting samples off of Soulseek (or other P2P programs), but everyone gave bad responses. i realized that sampling is a working feild, and getting samples that way was piracy. I learned the first time.
