Clocks have just gone back (in the UK, at least). Booted Cubase, waited for the dreaded VST scan and - nothing, just booted as normal.
Yay! And about time.

Not everyone will have updated before March - I didn't, I waited for a sale.
Besides, it may have worked in March, doesn't mean it would work in October.

Actually, even 9.5 (latest versions) doesn't do that anymore.

Now that you say it, I don't remember 10 doing that. 9.5 DID rescan my plugins however.

I am mainly on Nuendo now and hope that is not an issue. Will see in a few weeks.
