Log into your account and go to https://www.waves.com/account/products - It'll list which ones are still within your WUP (underneath them they'll say 'Get Latest Version') and which have expired (they'll say 'Renew coverage')Dasheesh wrote: Mon Oct 28, 2019 6:25 pmhow do you know which plugins are still under wup, and which ones are not?
No need to uninstall v10 if you want v11 plugins, you'll just have 2 (million) different waveshells.

ok personal experience report: i checked my wups, (thank you mcbpete!). anything i wanted to keep was still under wup, so i opened up my wavescentral app. after i logged in, it told me i wasn't using the newest version and asked if i wanted to update. it linked me to the update. it was a simple matter of clicking the link and it downloaded it. all i had to do was install 11 over 10 thankfully. it was quick. i logged in, and all my plugs were listed. it was quick to update, and i have to say, the biggest improvement is everything is a little snappier. load times are quicker, even flow motion loaded in a reasonable amount of time. a lot of the guis seem
to have small improvements and are snappier... seem easier to read (maybe slightly bigger?). in my case... i only use a few plugs.. it was easy, seamless, and worth it. your experience may vary.

waves central is v11, and i had to reinstall the plugins... but all the plugs still reside in waves10 folders. i did an easy find search of all, and the only "v11" it found was wave central itself. seems that wavecentral itself is what is making it snappier, but i swear these guis seem brighter and easier to read as well... maybe it's placebo, but it's cleaner resolution to me. it's definitely snappier.

Are the GUI’s resizable yet? Thats my biggest gripe on behalf of my older eyes
I wonder what happens if I press this button...

The new GUI of rennaissance plugins is very nice, but no resize option...so sorry....maybe in a futur update ? ...it will be really good because this is a amazing plugin bundle.

So has anyone confirmed whether or not V10 and V9 plugins work on Catalina yet?
Sorry this is a long thread already and I haven't read it all.

Exactly. The update plan is meant to cover this if it's still active.Igro wrote: Mon Oct 28, 2019 7:35 pm I don't get it. For instance, If I bought a few plugins a week ago under v10, would be the upgrade to v11 free of charge?

This is tricky but for anyone that already went through the process,
If I download the V11 installer, and half my plugins have been upgraded to v11 and the other half are still v10, what exactly happens? Would I end up with double versions for the ones I currently have as v10 but then upgraded to v11?
Or do I lose the installs for the v10 duplicates (or do I manually uninstall those?)
... and will existing sessions know to open the V11 versions?
