Hey. For those who used my skins... Black Knight 1 + 2 or Dark Phoenix .. They don't work anymore in 1.7.
But i have created a new "Dark Phoenix 1.7" now and a "Modern Dark". The Black Knights will follow later.

Thanks for the positive feedback. We're glad you like the new theme and features.
I'm curious. Anyone having build something special with Rapid FX? Do you find the provided presets useful? Which category of FX presets do you need the most, or do you need any at all?

I just like being to able make a dense/lush sounds such as pads with the layers versus the one-finger type presets where they are almost like a song all by themselves.
I also like anything slightly vintage sounding, but also making use of the layers to beef up those types of sounds even more.

I put the FX on a drum loop. Added the MB Saturator with 2 bands using Feedback+ (only second band) with the effect factor modulated by Sequence 1 which changes the pitch. Sequence 2 controls the filter to make the comb sound plucky and Sequence 3 modulates the glitch. And then use saturation, delay and reverb to taste. Just AWESOME!
Thanks for making the FX section as a separate plug-in!

Do I still have to grab my mouse every time for switching a preset?steve.lindqvist wrote: Fri Nov 01, 2019 4:39 pm Is it true that I still can't switch presets via the computer keyboard?

Is this a request for MIDI program change? Or maybe you have another method?steve.lindqvist wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2019 7:37 pmDo I still have to grab my mouse every time for switching a preset?steve.lindqvist wrote: Fri Nov 01, 2019 4:39 pm Is it true that I still can't switch presets via the computer keyboard?

In Bitwig 3 and with Ryzen5 3500U CPU/GPU the GPU Settings does not work. Seems to me a beta status. The Filter are still lame, non nice sweeps with near self resonance effects are possible. On subtractive synth the filter is the most important feature and here RAPID sucks a lot.
Maybe for 20 bucks it is worth the money.

I can somehow agree that pre 1.7 filters were probably not the best filters on the market but this is quite an exaggeration.ckoe wrote: Sun Nov 03, 2019 9:36 am The Filter are still lame, non nice sweeps with near self resonance effects are possible. I'd say if you can't make a decent subtractive sound with Rapid, it's not the synth's fault.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

Works perfectly with Bitwig 3 for me (win 10 i7).ckoe wrote: Sun Nov 03, 2019 9:36 am In Bitwig 3 and with Ryzen5 3500U CPU/GPU the GPU Settings does not work. Seems to me a beta status. You entire post seems a bit silly and is contrary to almost every other opinion (including mine) and professional review I have read, perhaps you should just move on.
