Studio one sends NO note off when drawing note or using onscreen keyboard

I've had this issue in the past , when clicking on the piano roll or using the on board keyboard , no note off is send to my hardware ( roland integra , Nord Modular ) .resulting in a sustained note ( clicking reconnect on the midi mon. to get rid off this , but the problem still persists )
The midi monitor shows a note off , but NO note off is received by the integra ( no visual indication either ) .
Strange thing is that this doesn't happen with vst instruments , or with other hosts ( renoise , reaper ) .
The integra also acts as a midi interface , I tried to reconnect it ( physically , reload/switch drivers etc...no luck ) it's absolutely no midi feedback loop
Turning the integra ON/OFF doesn't help either ,
I the past the the only remedie was to re-start the p.c. , but now even rebooting the p.c. doesn't help , which makes studio one totally useless now .
Existing (midi )data plays correctly , it's just when entering/drawing NEW notes or using the onboard pc keyboard that no note off's are send .
Which makes studio one totally useless now .



To make things worse , I've forgot my password for the presonus forum , reset and added a new password but still can't login ( the login tab is totally unresponsive )
Anyone else has this (login ) problem )

Edit I just did the latest ( minor ) win 10 update and the issue is resolved .
That being said , I think it's unacceptible that such a major bug slips in just because I didn't update win 10
