Just a heads up,
thought u might find that interesting 8D
I think this is advantageous as a .dll will be looked at more closely by AV than a .vst3 file

I think it's open to anyone who has the product.
We have a Slack workspace,
and you can join by invitation.
Any details- I can provide them if u have any more questions 8D
Sorry, there is no changelog yet, and I don't know when it will be released
It is 64-bit, it can create 64-bit VSTs. This feature has been thoroughly tested

ooh-
thanks for reminding me about ur SE Jeff
I'll try this month
Can we run the builder on Mac now/soon?
FS won't run on Mac unless something in it's profitability is a serious incursion-
as it's built atm, it's WIN only-
so unless a lot of funds are injected for a rewrite,
it is what is(WIN only)

Great news! The old version - Synthmaker - was one of my favourite tools ever, unfortunatelly they cut VST support at a time and it died for plugin developers. Maybe it'll be back now
Links?Any details - I can provide them if u have any more questions 8D

Heya Warmy,
no, there is no current documentation really,
but yeah, if u have a couple of questions, I can try to answer.
Would you like me to pm u with an invite to the Slack?
Cheers

Good news, this modular software is pretty good simply to build VST (as SE).
I won the version 1 on the KVR DC in 2007.
Win only is not a limit, MAC is ARM now, Apple is not a friend of devs for me, It's more complex to install a plug-in on last OSX than WIN 10, it's not a good deal if you want to preserve your time for coding vs money...

Does anyone else follow the macOS development of synthmaker (previously known as visualSwift, no longer for iPad), worked on by Jorge Costa? There is a testflight version available to try.

I watched some of Jorge' Youtube tuts,
looks awesome
It seems it's for the M1 processor
All being well, a complicated UI implementation will be possible upcoming
The Karplus Strong tut is interesting and easy to follow

Here is a link for the beta discord of the new Synthmaker
https://discord.gg/6RmTa2XDjB
It isn't just for the M1, it runs on intel Mac and Jorge is trying/hoping to base iOS down in the A series, so something like an Air2 will be lowest for running the app, but you could always export as AUv3 from MacOS anyway.
