Okay, so I've got a track and a Youtube account. How can I create and post it in a form of a simple video? I'm all new in this stuff.

Easiest is probably a single image (name + title) and the Tubes has a manual for how to publisht it.

(found that just like you find anything on the net)
For more advanced stuff, there'a can of worms to open: video editors, 3d rendering....

Okay, I used free video editor called VSDC.
Pretty intuitive and quite potent, if you don't need advanced animation:

I don't understand the appeal to a program like this, a bunch of bouncing bars: who will watch that. Might as well just have a picture up. But I know your just starting out. Maybe a power director demo would be a good way to make some more humanized non generic video content.

if you don't use FLStudio, you could download the demo and use Zgamevisualizer - there are quite a few presets to try if you don't have time to learn how to use it
there's also a thing called soniccandle which automatically creates a video with reacting bars etc
here's a video made in Zgamevisualizer

Download some videos with CC licence and use Movie Maker to compile & edit it to fit your music. Or you could shoot something on your smart phone and use that.

Those websites where you can hire people to do graphic design/audio visual work have tons of people you can hire for super cheap to do video sound visualizers for youtube.
Send them the song and they do the video so all you have to do is upload.
Saves you time and effort and its super cheap.

I already spend tons of money for gear and plugins, and now you tell me to also spend them for free videos with no reach as yet?

The way I view it is - You spent thousands of $ on plugins and equipment as well as hours of your time to make this song. It deserves a proper video made by someone who knows what they're doing
I think it's a matter of how much time you actually have on your hands. A bedroom producer is expected to be a song writer, musician, producer, recording engineer, mix engineer, mastering engineer, manager, promoter and now also a video producer and graphics designer...All while also working a full time job to support the venture financially. That may be doable for some, but there's nothing wrong with wanting to focus exclusively on just a few of those things, each of which is a potential full-time job in its own right, and outsourcing part of the process.

Don't go this path. When a music video needs to be made, the label which signed the track does it on its behalf. Then they share it with some substantial reach and benefit from promotion.

In my case, I want to launch a Youtube channel and the music 'video' is just a filler done for practice

I used to take a fractal creation program, let it run for however long I needed the video, export it and then add audio over it and upload. Longest part of the process was running a mandlebrot program and recording the video.
But it looked cool and was ideal for LSD users.
