Wow. Just chill. You downloaded them a first time and had time then. I also have to download them again. Yeah it's annoying but hey, keep in mind that Manuel and Renee are just two people with a business, just like you. Its there income. They have to secure it. And not impressed by the platinum producer.

Factory content installs the same but it's not unpacked like it is in version 1.4. There is a folder structure called Factory.avxp in expansions with drumkits presets etc etc. The folder structure is missing like it can't unpack properly with this new version. Either way it always forgets its content location after a reboot. It saves the preset you use in a project and loads up ok but again the content location gets borked. I droped my custom expansion in and it worked first time even after reboot. Obviously something going on with the factory bank and expansions. zzzzzzz

Now no presets are showing.
And while I still sort this out with the support I wonder:
Was there any mention that we have to redownload the expansions?
Maybe an email would have been nice. So we could have downloaded them some days in advance so the servers don't have to deal with this onslaught.
Or send all the new files around using the torrent network?

Do you guys have a problem with low sound in some presets from expansions (not factory)? I bought a few and a lot of the presets seems broken

Agreed. Changed system and by the way figure it out for yourselves as we have zero information for you paying customers.

Like this GUI glitch I reported in 1.4.10 and 1.5 beta 1 and 2.
You would think they would fix it by now.
Fine on PC, on Mac 10.14.6 aftertouch is partially hidden.

I'd also love to know how to do this. I just downloaded it but "Import Content" isn't working, neither is manually copying it to the same directory as the factory library. . .

EDIT: Figured it out, drag from Windows explorer onto Avenger and then it asks you if you want to import.

Do I have to delete the old Factory.avxp directory, so presets are loaded from those new monolithic .avxp2 files? Or is the factory bank then unpacked into Factory.avxp again, and I can delete the avxp2 file afterwards?

I picked up the Guitars XP 1 expansion - for some reason I thought there would be more than just multi-loops. Any idea if these could become non-loops? I was assuming it would be something like the nexus guitar xp presets.

I should say too that these multiloops are badass. They sound really good, and work very easily in to a track.
